General Questions

Absolutely! We invite everyone to stop in and donate or shop at our ReStore. Click here for our hours and locations.
Our ReStore is 97% donation based, with the remainder being purchased product. New merchandise arrives daily.
ReStore does not offer a delivery service, but purchased items can be held at the store for up to 3 days while you arrange transportation. We do not offer a lay-away option.
We make every effort to monitor the costs of similar products at retail stores, and we typically offer our products for sale at about 50% of the cost of retail. Therefore, since we believe that we are offering our shoppers a deep discount and value for their dollar, we do not negotiate. However, we do have sales. Every month, we rotate the tag colors that are "on sale". You are sure to find great bargains at both of our locations.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local checks and cash.
We receive new inventory every day. It is very rare that we know what we are getting in to the store ahead of time. If we can assist you, we will. However, we cannot assure you that an item will be available or that you will be satisfied with its condition. Therefore, we recommend you come in person to shop for the items you are seeking.
All sales are final. Please check your items for completeness and proper function before leaving the store. Also, please know the exact measurements for your project before making a purchase.
Donations from facility managers, contractors and construction-based retailers are the large percent of the ReStore. We also provide a perfect half to full day indoor volunteer experience for groups between 5 and 15 employees.
There are three main ways to get involved with Habitat ReStore: Donating, Shopping and Volunteering. There are a number of service opportunities at the Habitat ReStore. Volunteers do everything from accepting and loading donations to answering the phone or cashiering.
